The place was clean and really comfortable. We got there later than expected and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite when we got there. The Staff was really friendly and accommodating. Check in and check out both went smoothly. Despite not being complimentary, the food was still good and I do like Starbucks.

the staff was so amazing and friendly, they upgraded my room at no extra cost which was really kind as I traveled from overseas for military training so the upgrade was a really nice ‘treat’. the rooms are extremely clean and spacious and the hotel is in a great location, right next to an aldi and near pretty much any store/restaurant you may want to visit while in town. I would book this hotel again and again over any other hotel.

I was very disappointed to learn that your company would not accept my cash for payment for the room. I had to use a credit card that is for emergency purchases only and now I'm in debt. We thought there would be a complimentary breakfast since the rate was so high so we were extremely disappointed about that as well.

The staff at the hotel were beyond cheerful, helpful and kind upon arrival. Staff members upon coming across always spoke and ask if there was any thing they could do for us.
